Reduce sweating on your hands and feet – with the Saalio DE Set
Excessive sweating of the hands and feet is more than just a cosmetic issue – it affects daily life, interactions with others and one’s own well-being. The Saalio® DE Set offers a safe, proven and comfortable solution for effectively and permanently keeping hands and feet dry.
The proven tap water iontophoresis uses water and a weak direct current. The treatment can be carried out very easily at home. Its benefits:
- Safe and proven form of therapy
- Convenient use at home
- Customisable for maximum effectiveness and comfort
- Backed by 24/7 support
The following features of the Saalio® DE Set make the treatment of hands and feet particularly effective, safe and comfortable:

The Saalio device does not come into contact with any metal conductors. This eliminates the risk of electric shock from the outset. Silicone and graphite electrodes, as well as insulated sockets and plugs, provide additional protection for the user.
The intelligent control software starts the therapy automatically as soon as skin contact is detected. The current is slowly increased to the set value and gradually reduced again before the end of the therapy. The device detects any voltage spikes at an early stage, thereby preventing a ‘pasture fence’ effect.
Both the set target value and the current flowing are shown on the display.

The integration of direct current and pulsed current in a single device offers users every opportunity to tailor the treatment to their individual needs. Direct current is the preferred option for treating severe hyperhidrosis or for achieving rapid therapeutic results.
For sensitive areas of the body or users who are generally sensitive, pulsed current is available as an alternative. Pulsed current is also frequently chosen during the subsequent maintenance phase.
With the integration of both operating modes, the user can optimise their individual settings over the course of the therapy without having to commit to a specific device type in advance.

If both hands and feet are affected, it is much quicker to treat them together rather than treating the hands first and then the feet.
The treatment baths in the Saalio® DE set are large enough for this. Both hands go into the upper bath, and both feet into the lower bath.
Because there are two hands or two feet in each bath, higher current levels are required to achieve the same effect as with a single treatment. This is why, in addition to large treatment baths, a device with a sufficiently high current output (30mA) is also required.

The design of the Saalio® device is self-explanatory and its operation before and during use is intuitive.
- Intuitive operation via icons, large graphic display
- Automatic start of therapy
- Pause function and automatic shut-off with an audible signal
- Memory function: the device starts with the last settings used

- Trays with ergonomic armrests
- Freely selectable parameters: treatment duration, current intensity, current waveform and polarity
- Choice of constant polarity or automatic polarity reversal
- Wide-range power supply for travel; a simple travel adapter is sufficient if required

The easier it is to incorporate the therapy into daily routines, the more regularly it will be carried out. A relaxed treatment session therefore contributes to the long-term success of the therapy.
If users have any questions or encounter any problems, they can contact the Saalio Helpdesk. It is good to know that further information is available at any time via a QR code on the device.

The Saalio® DE set for hands and feet can also be used on other parts of the body with additional electrodes.
For underarm treatment, two underarm electrodes with sponge pockets are used instead of the two pads (> Saalio AX Set).
Pre-shaped fabric electrodes can be used for treating the face, forehead, neck or back (> Saalio textile electrodes).

Do you have any questions about using the system or are you experiencing problems? The Saalio Helpdesk provides answers and offers suggested solutions to the most common issues.
Every user can access the app directly via a QR code on the back of the control unit (see 24/7 Helpdesk).
