In such cases, the Saalio® Helpdesk can assist: it addresses the most common questions and issues and provides practical tips on troubleshooting and solutions.

The Saalio® Helpdesk also answers questions about the application, for example, whether and how the Saalio device can be used on other parts of the body. There you will find lots of helpful information about the application.

The Saalio® Helpdesk was launched on 1 April 2026. The corresponding QR code is only available on Saalio devices shipped from that date onwards.
